Store Manager

Several franchised locations are looking for talented leaders to be fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, adhering to the Capriotti's System.

Duties (not limited to):

• Works maximum hours in the store as needed to ensure service level and to keep payroll within limits.

• Ensures that all team members are trained and follow Capriotti's standards of conduct and appearance.

• Responsible for cleanliness of store and regular maintenance of all equipment.

• Implements changes to the Capriotti's System as they are defined by Capriotti's Sandwich Shop Inc.

• Ensures customer satisfaction.

• Maintains a safe and secure work and dining environment.

Requirements:

• Able to work on his/her feet for extended periods of time.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must love our products!

• Represent Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in a professional and positive manner at all times.

• Able to analyze local market trends and develop creative ideas to increase sales.

• PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) Systems a plus
