Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious, meticuolous, well-spoken, professional to perform QA Audits at stores in the the Northeast portion of the country.

Duties (not limited to):

• Performs QA Audits

• Trains existing and new staff on operational procedures

• Responsible for ensuring all stores are following Capriotti's Corporate Policies

• Reports on findings

• Assists in new store openings

• Provides hands on support to franchises

Requirements:

• Able to work on his/her feet for extended periods of time.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must love our products!

• Represent Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in a professional and positive manner at all times.

• Able to analyze local market trends and develop creative ideas to increase sales.

• PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) Systems a plus

Salary 25-35k depending on experience, Health Benefits
